Facility Lease Policy
Due to the high volume of ministry that Oasis experiences each week, facility use outside of ministry departments are not allowed for any purpose unless approved by the executive officers of Oasis Church Gulf Coast.
Requests can be made to the ADMIN office by contacting at 228-762-5639 and picking up an application form to be submitted at the next scheduled Directors Meeting which occurs the first Wednesday of each month.
If a special use approval is made by the Officers, there will be fees and special provisions for use of the facilities. If Higher Grounds is the requested facility, someone on the HIGHER GROUNDS staff MUST be scheduled by the Higher Grounds manager and will have to be present at the time of the event and must be compensated by the requesting party or individuals.
There is at least a 45-60 day notice required to even be considered.
Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, however, Oasis exists to minister to and for the Region of South Mississippi and facility use is primary for this purpose.
