First Time Guests

How do I get there? We are located 2 blocks north of highway 90 on Pascagoula Street in Pascagoula, MS. See the directions tab for driving directions to Oasis.

What do I wear? Anything you want to! We believe in being Real! You just come as yourself and dress in whatever makes you comfortable. We are more casual dress than anything else.

What is the service Experience like? Fun, Exciting, and Relevant! The Experiences are designed to meet you where you are in your life. They are designed to make you feel comfortable and at home from the moment you walk in the door. Our music style is contemporary, with a rock edge,  our media is cutting edge, and the messages are powerful and are geared for life application. We believe in ministering the Word of God in such a way that everyone can understand and relate in order to be changed by the power of The Holy Spirit. Each Experience is different. We don't believe in doing the same thing the same way all the time!

Tithe and Offering? We don't usually "pass the plate" at Oasis. If you would like to give you tithe or offering we have Offering Boxes in the back of the auditorium at each door for you to deposit your tithe and offering. Being that we don't want to become routine in everything we do, we might on occasion pass the baskets depending on the flow of the Experience.

What about Children? Your children can stay with you if you choose or you can check them in to our Children's Ministries department prior to Experience beginning. A nursery is also provided for children under 3. We have also added a "cry room" that is located in the Children's Building as well. This is a self-serve room for parents with children under age 1 who needs care during the experience. This room is located on the left as soon as you enter the Children's Building.

Do you have Sunday School? We do not have a Sunday School Schedule. Instead, we have The Higher Grounds Cafe that opens up 1 hour before every Experience for you to connect with other people and enjoy your favorite cup of coffee or coke product. Our Wednesday night "REFRESH" serves as our Education Program.

In the Guide (formally called the bulletin)... You will find all information and announcements for Oasis. Also, you will discover a slip of paper that we call a "connection card." This card is designed for you to fill out to request information, prayer requests, to contact a staff member, or to get plugged into a particular ministry. Please fill this card out and place in one of the offering boxes before you leave the Experience. Someone will contact you regarding your request and concern.

Why should I choose Oasis? We are not your "ordinary" church. We don't believe in the religion and tradition of man. We believe that because Jesus came to set captives Free, that we have FREEDOM in Him! Freedom from Religion, tradition, and Freedom to worship.  If you are looking for a church where the people are real, the message is relevant, and a place that is exciting, you will love Oasis!
